PROTOCOL Heavy-Duty Gel Coat Cleaner 500Ml – XTREME MARINE WASHDOWN.  Xtreme Marine WashDown – Heavy-duty boat and gel coat cleaner ideal for tough “spot stain” removal, especially rust out of gel coat and rust off of stainless steel.  It easily removes deeply imbedded rust, stains, yellowing, residues and other grime off a variety of boat and marine surfaces.  It is a safer alternative to hydrochloric acid and other corrosive cleaners.

It’s as easy as:

1. Apply – by brush
2. Wait – 10 to 20 minutes
3. Scrub – with a stiff synthetic bristle brush
4. Wash – well with soapy water

Xtreme Marine Washdown is applied by brush or pouring in weather above freezing and protected from extreme heat and sun.  Always perform a test patch prior to application. Protect areas not to be treated. Not for use on: wood, Lexan, fabrics, antifouling paint and other delicate surfaces.

• Apply liberally, leave to dwell for 10-20 minutes, scrub with a stiff, synthetic bristle brush if needed.  Wash away well with soapy water.
• Stubborn stains may require longer dwell times or additional applications.  Repeat the process.  Always ensure the surface is washed well with soapy water to neutralize the surface after the final application.
• This product will remove wax and some polishes off surfaces. These surfaces will require re-waxing and re-polishing to achieve a uniform finish.
• Xtreme Marine Washdown is water-based.  Use in moderate temperatures and above freezing.  Protect product from freezing when stored.
