The JABSCO 12V Reversing Vane Puppy Pump – 18680-1000 is a versatile pump designed for various applications. Featuring a reversing switch, it offers flexibility in operation. Constructed with a body of bronze, its durability is enhanced, while the rotor is crafted from liquid crystal polymer for efficient performance. The vanes, made of polyphenylene sulfide, ensure resilience and reliability. Equipped with a Lip Type seal made of Nitrile, it maintains secure and leak-free operations. The motor, a 12V permanent magnet type, boasts intermittent duty capabilities and comes fully enclosed with a stainless steel shaft for longevity. With ports featuring 1/2″ NPT internal pipe threads and 1″ (25mm) external hose barb, it offers versatility in connection options. Capable of delivering 6 GPM (23 LPM) at 10′ (3m) head, it provides efficient pumping performance. Additionally, it boasts self-priming capabilities up to 9′ (2.8m) vertical lift. Operating within a temperature range of 220 degrees F to 1000 degrees F, it ensures adaptability to various environments. The duty cycle is rated for 35 minutes at 10′ (3 meters) at 860F (300C), offering reliability under demanding conditions. Compliant with USCG 183.410 and ISO 8846 MARINE (Ignition Protection) standards, it meets stringent safety requirements.
